Committees
The Board has established five committees to support and improve the community:
Neighborhood Watch - Practice crime safety measures that eliminate opportunities for criminals and help others avoid becoming victims of crime in our neighborhood.
Beautification - Review and recommend aesthetic enhancements and seek ways to make Ashmere a more beautiful place to live.
Newsletter - Publication and distribution of quarterly newsletter.
Covenants - Assure that the properties shall always be maintained in a manner providing for visual harmony and soundness of repair.
Architectural Review Committee (ARC) - Approve or disapprove applications for alterations to a home’s exterior and ensuring that alterations are in harmony with the remainder of the community.
